Preventing damage to delicate fiber optics during installation is paramount, and the ARD device is the answer. It effectively stops cables from twisting as they traverse pulling blocks, ensuring the integrity of the optical cable's delicate glass fibers.
Specifically designed for use with fiber optic and OPGW cables, the ARD prevents irreparable damage caused by cable twists. Its weighted attachments hang down while stringing, maintaining the ARD in a vertical position to eliminate cable rotation.

The ARD's ingenious attachments collapse in line, making it a breeze for them to smoothly travel over pulling blocks. To further enhance its functionality, the ARD includes a 5,000 lb swivel attached to the head of the device.
